These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Perkss platform (B2C services), including mobile apps and the web portal. By using Perkss, you agree to these terms.

Account & Access

  • Customers can place orders as a guest or by creating an account.
  • For reservations, customers must provide accurate details (name, phone, email).

Orders & Payments

  • Orders can be placed for Home Delivery, Collection (Click & Collect), Walk-in, or Dine-in.
  • Payments must be completed via available methods (online, card, or cash, depending on the restaurant).
  • Order confirmation is subject to restaurant acceptance.

Reservations

  • Customers can make reservations via the app or web portal.
  • Restaurants reserve the right to confirm or decline reservations.

Order History & Reorder

  • Customers can view their order history and reorder previous meals with one click.

Loyalty & Rewards

  • Customers earn loyalty points for each order.
  • Points can be redeemed for rewards, discounts, or special offers, as determined by the restaurant.

Digital Gift Cards

  • Gift cards purchased via Perkss can be redeemed at participating restaurants.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable and valid for a specific duration.

Responsibility

  • Perkss acts as a facilitator between customers and restaurants.
  • The restaurant is responsible for food quality, delivery, and service.
  • Perkss is not liable for disputes between customers and restaurants.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Refunds and cancellations are subject to the restaurant’s policies.
  • In case of technical errors, Perkss may issue credits/refunds at its discretion.
