User Guidelines

Guidelines for merchants using our platform

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the participation of restaurants, cafes, and product sellers (“Merchants”) on the Perkss platform (B2B services). By registering as a merchant, you agree to these terms.

Merchant Registration

  • Merchants must provide accurate business details (name, license, address, contact person, bank/payment information).
  • Perkss reserves the right to verify and approve merchant accounts.

Orders & EPOS System

  • Merchants can use the Perkss EPOS system to create orders on behalf of customers.
  • Merchants must fulfill orders based on the selected delivery type: Home Delivery, Collection, Walk-in, or Dine-in.
  • For dine-in orders, merchants can manage table availability via Perkss.

Reservations

  • Merchants can create reservations for customers via the Perkss dashboard.
  • It is the merchant’s responsibility to manage confirmed bookings.

Data & Analytics

  • Merchants receive access to dashboards showing sales, customer behavior, and order statistics.
  • Data must not be misused or shared with third parties without consent.

Payments & Settlements

  • Payments from customer orders will be settled to the merchant’s account based on agreed terms.
  • Transaction fees or commissions charged by Perkss will be deducted before settlements.

Loyalty & Rewards

  • Merchants can customize loyalty and rewards programs for their customers.
  • Merchants are solely responsible for honoring rewards or discounts.

Digital Gift Cards

  • Merchants can accept and redeem digital gift cards issued via Perkss.
  • Perkss will reimburse merchants for redeemed gift card values as per the agreement.

Responsibilities & Liabilities

  • Merchants are responsible for the quality of food/products, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  • Perkss is a platform provider and is not liable for disputes regarding product quality or delivery delays.

Compliance

  • Merchants must comply with local laws, food safety regulations, and e-commerce rules.
  • Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination from the platform.
